 ANAMBRA SHMB WARNS HEALTH INFORMATION OFFICERS OVER LATE REPORTS, REITERATES 7TH-DAY DEADLINE By Ebele Egoh The Anambra State Hospital Management Board (SHMB) has urged Health Information Management Officers to ensure accurate medical records, timely data submission and strict protection of patients’ confidential information to strengthen healthcare delivery across the state. The Director of Medical Support Services of the Board, Mrs Nneka Uzor, gave the call during a meeting and training session for health information personnel held on Oct. 9 at the SHMB conference hall. Mrs Uzor stressed that maintaining complete medical records and safeguarding patients’ information are essential professional responsibilities, cautioning  the officers against disclosing sensitive health information to unauthorised persons and urged them to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality. ACTDA Boss, Onuko Cautions Developers Against Building Without Approval




The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Awka Capital Territory Development Authority (ACTDA), Mr. Ossy Onuko has cautioned land developers within the capital territory not to embark on any construction without getting appropriate approvals from the agency.


Mr. Onuko who stated this while speaking to the ABS in his office in Awka noted that ACTDA will not hesitate to remove any building that was built without approval.


He maintained that the agency under his watch will continue to deliver on the mandate envisaged before creating it and made it clear that no amount of pressure from any quarter will make ACTDA to compromise.


Mr. Onuko equally advised those trading along roads within the jurisdiction of the agency to stop forthwith or face the wrath of ACTDA, even as he warned those pasting posters on the flyovers in Awka to desist from such ugly behaviour.


According to the ACTDA Managing Director, his team will continue with all the Projects they embarked upon last year like operation zero potholes, clean and green initiative, removal of illegal structures among others.


The ACTDA Managing Director urged Ndi Anambra to keep supporting the Governor Chukwuma Soludo led administration for a prosperous and liveable homeland.


He further warned all the staff of the agency to always be professional in the discharge of their duties as anyone found wanting under any guise would be penalized accordingly to serve as a deterrent to others.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
