 President Trump awarded inaugural FIFA Peace Prize at World Cup draw in Washington  Gianni Infantino, the FIFA President presented the honour onstage at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, saying Trump had been selected “in recognition of his exceptional and extraordinary actions to promote peace and unity around the world”. “This is your prize, this is your peace prize,” Infantino said, after Trump took the stage to accept the trophy, a medal and certificate. “There is also a beautiful medal for you that you can wear everywhere you want to go.”   FIFA says the prize is for “individuals who help unite people in peace through unwavering commitment and special actions”.  Accepting the award, Trump called it “one of the great honours of my life”, before claiming to have “saved millions and millions of lives – the Congo is an example, over 10 million people killed and it was heading for another 10 million very quickly. According to reports, Pele's funeral procession will see his coffin stop briefly outside the home of his 100-year-old mother Celeste Arantes who's bedridden, before heading to his final resting place.

Maria Lucia do Nascimento, sister of Pele, says the 100-year-old mother of the Brazilian football legend is unaware of her son’s death.

Pele's mother does not know that her son, the world-famous soccer legend, has died, his sister has revealed.

Celeste, who has just turned 100 and is looked after by daughter Maria Lucia do Nascimento, has not been told about her son's death.

Overnight it emerged Pele's only surviving sibling has yet to tell the matriarch her famous footballer son has lost his fight against colon cancer.
Pele will be buried at the Memorial Necrópole Ecumênica, a 32 storey cemetery in Santos, Brazil. This is the tallest cemetery in the world and the graves have a great view.

Pele will be buried on the 9th Floor.
