 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. THE EXECUTIVE BILL TO LEGALIZE THE IMO STATE COUNCIL OF ELDERS HAS BEEN ASSENTED TO - GOV. UZODIMMA 


The Imo State Governor, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma has announced that the Executive bill legalising the Imo Council of Elders has been assented to. 

Governor Uzodimma made this known while playing host to the Imo State Council of Elders, who came on a courtesy visit. 

While commending their times and sacrifices, the Governor enjoined them to speak to the conscience of the political class of the opposition to allow peace to reign in Imo State. 

He added that the interest of the Government is to improve the welfare of its citizens, rebuild dilapidated infrastructures and ensure peace and security. 

According to the Governor, "I will not preside over a State that will be destroyed by non-state actors", I pray wise counsel prevails for the betterment of Ndi Imo. 

Speaking earlier, the Chairman of Imo State Council of Elders, HRM Eze Dr. Cletus Ilomuanya CON, appreciated the Governor for his goodwill and support for the council with the free hand to run their affairs. He reiterated their promise to continue to work for the expectations of the public.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
