 Judge rejects Amy Winehouse's father’s lawsuit over sale of singer’s personal items  A London judge has ruled against Mitch Winehouse in a legal dispute over the sale of personal belongings once owned by his late daughter, singer Amy Winehouse. Mitch Winehouse, who serves as the administrator of the singer’s estate, brought the case against Naomi Parry and Catriona Gourlay, alleging they improperly profited from the sale of her memorabilia. He claimed the pair had no right to sell the items and did so without his knowledge, arguing they should not have benefited from the auctions. Amy Winehouse died in 2011 at the age of 27 from alcohol poisoning at her home in London, bringing an end to a career that made her one of the most recognizable voices of her generation. The dispute centered on roughly 150 personal items, including clothing, accessories, and stage pieces such as dresses, shoes, scarves, earrings, and handbags. Four Policemen  Arrested  Over Involvement  In Electoral Malpractice in Rivers State.


Four Policemen have been arrested by the Authority of Rivers State Police command over their alleged Involvement in electoral malpractice  last week Saturday (25, February,2023) during the Presidential and National Assembly elections in the state.


SP Grace Iringe Koko, Spokesperson for the Rivers State Police command in a statement on Monday, 27th February, 2023 said following a video which  trended on social media suggesting  the involvement of some police personnel operating in a Pick Up Vehicle with incscription “RRT 050” in alleged electoral malpractice, Rivers State Police Command has arrested and taken into custody one officer and three Inspectors for interrogation. 


SP Koko said the police pick-up van in the trending video has also been impounded for thorough investigation.


She said the Command  assures the electorate in Rivers State of its unalloyed commitment to promoting the rule of law, and ensuring that all offenders found culpable are adequately sanctioned while  urging  all residents to remain calm and await official announcement of the result of the election.


A reporter with RevelationAgents gathered that the incident occurred in Omuma Local Government Area of Rivers State.
