 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler. Mariah Carey and Kim Kardashian do the #ItsAWrap tik tok challenge with their daughters North and Monroe .
The video was obviously made in Kim Kardashian's mansion. 
Kim posted the video on Monday, featuring her daughter and their 2 big surprise guests. It started out with North and Mariah's 11-year-old daughter, Monroe, showing off their dance moves to MC's trending 2009 song, "It's A Wrap".

The 2 girls do their dance routine until they're joined by their superstar moms lip-synching the track into hairbrushes. Not surprisingly, the daughters end up pushing Mariah and Kim out of frame.

Fans ate up the video -- many of them were shocked MC and KK were hanging out together at Kim's Hidden Hills home.
So far,over 3 million people have viewed the video on Tik tok.
