 Muni Long reveals she underwent double lung transplant after doctors said she had 1 week to live: 'My jaw dropped' Singer Muni Long revealed on Good Morning America that she underwent a double lung transplant after leaving Brandy and Monica’s The Boy Is Mine tour in 2025. Diagnosed with lupus in 2014, the Grammy winner recalled falling ill during the tour, developing pneumonia, and barely finishing her final show.  Soon after, she collapsed at home and woke up in the hospital, where doctors told her she had only a week to live without surgery. Long admitted she initially hesitated to undergo the transplant, worried about how it might affect her voice. Troops neutralize seven bandits in Chikun LGA 


A combined team of troops of the Nigerian Army and Navy have neutralized seven bandits during clearance operations in the Kasso general area of Chikun LGA. 


Operational feedback to the Kaduna State Government revealed that the troops embarked on the operations, and made contact with bandits around Ungwan Rimi village in Kasso, near a river. The troops promptly engaged and subdued the bandits after an intense gun duel. 


Seven bandits were confirmed neutralized during the operation, with the high possibility of even more eliminated and injured across the river. 


The troops recovered five motorcycles, 153 rounds of ammunition, seven magazines and three mobile phones during the operations. 


Receiving the report, Governor Nasir El-Rufai praised the troops for their doggedness and bravery. 


The Governor commends the leadership of Maj-Gen TA Lagbaja, GOC One Division, and Cdre ME Ejumabone, Commandant of Nigerian Navy School of Armament Technology, in the successful operation.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
