 NLC backs new SSG Chiamaka Nnake, Seeks Workers Welfare  By Ukpa Ewa  The Organized Labour in Anambra State has pledged support to the newly appointed Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mrs. Chiamaka Nnake, while urging her to place the interest of Anambra and workers’ welfare at the forefront of her administration. The labour delegation, led by Comrade Humphrey Emeka Nwafor of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Comrade Chris Ogbonna of the Trade Union Congress (TUC), paid a courtesy visit to the new SSG at the Light House in Awka. Speaking during the visit, Comrade Nwafor said the office of the SSG plays a key role in government labour relations and called on Mrs. Nnake to ensure Anambra workers are given due attention in government affairs. He also congratulated her on becoming the first female SSG in the state at a young age, describing her appointment as historic. Yahoo Boy Bags 5Years in Kaduna

The Kaduna Zonal Command of the EFCC has secured the conviction of one Wisdom Nuhu before Justice A.A.Bello of the Kaduna State High Court on a one count charge of  impersonation.

The charge reads, “That you, Wisdom Nuhu Seth 'M' sometime in December, 2022 in Kaduna within the Judicial Division of this Honourable Court dishonestly induced one Awais Rafiq Maher, on Instagram to deliver to you the sum of Twenty Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Pakistani Rupees ( 27,900) and you thereby committed an offence contrary to Section 306 of the Kaduna State Penal Code Law, 2017 and punishable under Section 307 of the same Law. 

He pleaded guilty to the charge. Consequently, prosecuting counsel, P.C Onyeneho urged the court to convict the defendant accordingly. 

Justice Bello convicted and sentenced the defendant to 5 years imprisonment or a fine of N 100,000 to be paid to the Kaduna state Government.

The convict is also to forfeit his iPhone XR with IMEI number 357348091719981 which he used to commit the crime to the  Federal Government. He was ordered to restitute the sum of Twenty Seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Pakistani Rupees ( 27,900 Rs) in the victim.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
