 An Indiana man has been arrested when a toddler was found suffering from frostbite and hypothermia after neighbors reported the child was wandering around in only a diaper. Police in Greenfield, Indiana, were called to the Prairie Meadow apartment complex at approximately 3 p.m. on Monday, December 15th. They had received reports of a toddler "wandering around the complex in only a diaper while outside temps were a freezing 13 degrees".  When officers arrived, they quickly located the toddler and placed them in a warm vehicle until EMS arrived. It would soon be discovered that the child was suffering from hypothermia and had frostbite on their fingers and toes. After making sure the child was safe, officers began to investigate the scene. They were able to locate footprints that seemed to indicate the child had been walking around outside for quite a while. EFCC Presents Second Witness, Closes Case Against Two Impostors Arrested While Executing Fake Court Order In Lagos

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Friday, March 10, 2023, presented its second prosecution witness, Olufemi Olukinni, and also closed its case against the duo of Ugwu Chijioke and Ibrahim Adekunle before Justice O.O. Abike-Fadipe of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos.

The defendants, who were first arraigned on October 12, 2021 following their arrest in May, 2021, are being prosecuted on an amended five-count charge bordering on impersonation, attempt to obtain property, possession of documents containing false pretence and unlawfully wearing the uniform of the EFCC.
