 THREE-MONTHS-OLD INFANT FOUND FOLLOWING ALLEGED CHILD STEALING IN LUSAKA October 12, 2026 – The Zambia Police Service wishes to inform the public that a three-months-old female infant, who was allegedly stolen from her mother in  City Market area of Lusaka, has been found. Brief facts of the matter are that on October 9, 2026, at around 14:00 hours, Beatrice Lengalenga, a resident of Katondo area in Kabwe District and mother of the infant, was allegedly lured to travel to Lusaka by an unidentified female who purported to offer her employment. Upon arrival in City Market area of Lusaka, the mother, accompanied by the infant and the unidentified female, proceeded to a salon, where the mother was offered hairdressing services.  While the mother was having her hair done, the female offered to hold and look after the infant. ELECTIONS DUTY: IGP EMBARKS ON ELECTION MONITORING/ PATROL, VISITS KADUNA, PLATEAU BY ROAD



The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, CFR, in the quest to bolster election security management of the Nigeria Police Force and further assess the policing strategies along  Abuja, Kaduna and Plateau State routes for general safety of road users in the axis, embarked on an election monitoring patrol by road across the states to assure residents and electorates of their security during and after the elections.


The IGP’s patrol convoy took off on Saturday, 18th March, 2023, from the FCT Abuja and proceeded to cover all the areas along the Abuja – Jere – Kwoi – Kafanchan – Jos – and Kaduna axis. The IGP also took time to make strategic stops at polling units along the axis covered and interfaced with senior officers of the NPF, the military, paramilitary, and traditional rulers.


Furthermore, the Inspector-General of Police assured citizens that the Police will remain committed to securing the nation for the safety of citizens even after the elections. He also urged citizens to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the police. The patrol continues today, Sunday, as the IGP is expected to return to Abuja later today.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
