 The vest did the job - Donald Trump confirms agent injured in D.C. shooting scare Donald Trump has confirmed that a Secret Service agent was injured during a shooting scare at a major press event in Washington, D.C. Speaking after the incident, Trump said the officer was hit at close range but avoided serious harm thanks to protective gear.  “One officer was shot but saved by the fact that he was wearing a very good bulletproof vest,” he said, adding that the agent is now recovering and in good spirits. The situation unfolded during the White House Correspondents' Dinner, where attendees were settling in for the evening when gunfire was heard. Witnesses described a sudden shift from calm to panic, with people quickly moving for cover under tables as security responded. HOME ECONOMICS TEACHER LOSES FRONT TEETH OVER COCKTAIL

A Kasama based female teacher for Home Economics has reportedly been beaten badly by her husband who is equally a teacher at the same school she teaches.

According to information available, a woman identified as Temwani Zimba, 27, has reportedly been beaten handsomely by her husband identified as Michael Chinyama, 37, a teacher.

Witnesses have told media houses that Mr. Chinyama was in the company of his friends at his compound when his wife, Temwani brought   a mixture of Munkoyo 'a local brew' and pineapple juice with well cut egg plants.

The husband looked at his friends who were then quiet staring at the cocktail with some hidden laughter, out of shame, Mr. Chinyama asked his wife to take the cocktail and serve it for later.

But the wife insisted begging him to take a sip, the devil sometimes does anything possible to have you beaten. The husband for a second time refused. The wife's face sagged, she made slow steps into the house saying to herself 'awee muli bakumushi tamwaishiba cocktail...'.

We should pick friends wisely, his friends were already laughing audibly. The scene angered Mr. Chinyama, he ran after the wife and gifted her 7 punches which kissed different weak organs then pushed her aggressively.

 Unfortunately, she fell on a huge stone which they use as guest chair and lost all her front teeth. The blo*d which was on the ground in seconds scared Mr. Chinyama to death, his friends did not even notice the time he disappeared.

Meanwhile, Mrs. Chinyama has reportedly been rushed to the hospital and on the other hand, Mr. Chinyama who was disappeared into thin air said before he left that the wife's children at school have never passed H.E and he has been eating her food for the sake of protecting their marriage.
