 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean.  MAMBA GIRL STABBED TO DEATH BY HER FRIEND OVER A BOYFRIEND 



Police in Southern Province have nabbed an 18-year-old female for allegedly murdering her juvenile friend with a knife.


According to close sources, Juliet Hachiboola from Maamba town in Sinazongwe district is alleged to have murdered Salome Habeenzu aged 18 over a boyfriend.


And Provincial Police Commanding Officer Paul Achiume who confirmed the development to Byta FM Zambia says the incident occurred Thursday morning in New Maamba Township.


Achiume explains that the deceased (in picture) who was home alone at the time was found in a pool of blood outside her house with a deep cut on the left cheek and neck.


He narrates that the deceased's top was cut in pieces with blood spots splashed inside the house where a kitchen knife and a stone stained with blood were recovered.


Achiume further discloses that from the information gathered at the scene, Hachiboola was seen entering the deceased's house but was never spotted when she left the premises.


The Commanding Officer adds that police went to Hachiboola's house and conducted a search where they recovered a blouse and a chitenge material stained with blood.


He states that Hachiboola was apprehended by Police and investigations into the matter have continued.
