 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. UniPort Senate Approves Outstanding Degree Results

The Senate of the University of Port Harcourt has approved outstanding Degree Results for the 2018-2019, 2019-2020, and 2020-2021 Academic Sessions. Also approved were Outstanding Degree Results from the 2018 to 2021 Academic Sessions.

A breakdown of the approved Results showed a total of sixty-four-degree Results for Full Time, Part Time and Sandwich from the various Faculties of the University.

The approved outstanding results are from the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences, Faculty of Science, School of Science Laboratory Faculty of Education, Engineering, Management Sciences, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Law, and the College of Health Sciences.

This approval followed the decisions of the Senate at its 471st Meeting held on Wednesday, 29th March 2023.

Addressing Senate, the Chairman and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Owunari Georgewill disclosed that the welfare of students must be given top priority in the affairs of his administration. The Chairman enjoined members of the Senate to key into the vision of the present administration.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
