 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. We Need Everyone On Board For A Better Rivers State - Sim Fubara


Rivers State Governor-Elect, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, receives CERTIFICATE OF RETURN from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, on Wednesday, 29th March, 2023 in Port Harcourt.


Speaking on behalf of himself, his Deputy, and the RSHA members elect who also respectively received their certificates of return, he remarked that he is set to take up the responsibility of governing the state prosperously from the superlative performance of his principal, father and leader, Gov Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON, GSSRS, Life Bencher, Infrastructure Icon.


He, therefore, stated that the door and even windows are wide open to all even the opponents/opposition for objective and collective effort to moving our dear Rivers State forward and higher.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
