BLORD IS OUT FROM KUJE PRISON AFTER PERFECTING ALL HIS BAIL CONDITIONS.(PHOTO).

So Linus Williams (Blord) has been released from Kuje prison after fulfilling his bail conditions, finally, freedom after a few weeks in custody. However, here’s the current position of his case:  He is still expected to show up and stand his trial.  If he fails to appear in court even for one day, his bail can be revoked and a bench warrant may be issued against him, meaning a return to Kuje. If the prosecution cannot prove the charges against him, he will be discharged and acquitted. If the prosecution proves the charges, he may be sentenced and sent back to Kuje. I think he should seek a peaceful resolution to the case. Congrats to him on his freedom for now.

2023 EASTER CELEBRATION: CP AMMANI FELICITATES NDỊ ENUGU, REASSURES ADEQUATE SECURITY AND SAFETY

- Calls for prayers, peaceful celebrations, imbibing and exhibiting of Christ's love and selflessness

The Commissioner of Police, Enugu State Command, CP Ahmed Ammani, fdc, has congratulated the people of the State, particularly Christian faithfuls, as they join others in the country and beyond to mark this Year's Easter Celebration of the death, crucifixion, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ. He reassures them of the provision of adequate security and safety of citizens during and beyond the period of the celebration.

2. Accordingly, the CP has directed Area Commanders, Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) and Heads Tactical/Operational Units of the Command to deploy all operational and intelligence assets at their disposal, to effectively police their areas of responsibilities and ensure smooth celebrations during and after the Easter season. He warns them to ensure that personnel under them stick to the Nigeria Police Force extant rules of engagement and guard against acts of unprofessionalism; noting that they will be held vicariously liable for any lapse(s).

3. The Commissioner, while entreating all and sundry to celebrate responsibly and peacefully, has called on Christians to use the period to pray for the peace and progress of Enugu State and Nigeria. He urges them to reawaken and genuinely express the true nature of Jesus Christ, which is exemplified in his love and selflessness.

4. Meanwhile, residents of the State have been called upon to remain supportive, law-abiding, vigilant and promptly report acts of crime and criminality to the nearest Police Station or by calling the Command’s emergency hotlines on: 08032003702, 08075390883 or 08086671202. They can also call the Police PRO on: 08099854883 and send emails to: infoenugupolice@gmail.com.
