"Please can we kindly talk about mental health?

Someone that has mental health challenge must not necessarily be psychosis ( kolo mentality), it can be depression, attention deficithy peractivity, obessesive compulsive syndrome, mania , hypomania , bipolar, borderline personality, anti social personality,  panic disoder , generalised anxiety disorder, different types phobias and so many other aspects which has been (subtly) ongoing and probably ignored as nothing until the day it manifest as acute psychosis.

Yes spirituality exists but most mentally changed people are not being attacked spiritually, some of these challenges are hereditary thus manifest when their stresssors like life challenges,  smoking and so many other things trigger them, some are not but my point is most mental health challenges are sickness that are treatable in the hospital .

I repeat, most  of these mental health challenges can be successfully managed ( treated) in the hospital ( some might not even need medication) and yes you heard my right ,they don't need flogging with pigeon and bathing with different kinds of soap,  the can be treated in the hospital by a mental health physicians and the person will be ok and useful to the society at large.

Not trying to be vendictive but you that is laughing and concluding that she was gotten what she deserves might even be having subtle mental challenge but you ignor it as nothing , please go and see your doctor today before people starts concluding on your innocent case too. Greetings from the consultation room 🙏🙏"
