 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower. COURT GRANTS BLESSING CEO BAIL TODAY.(PHOTO).

A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos has granted bail to "relationship expert" Blessing Okoro for alleged cyber-bullying. 

The Nigeria Police Force had arraigned Blessing Okoro, better known as "Blessing CEO”, before Justice Yelim Bogoro of the Federal High Court on six counts bordering on alleged cyber-bullying, libel and for exhibiting uncensored movies.  

On Tuesday, April 4, Blessing Okoro's lawyer filed a bail application before Justice Tijjani Ringim of the Federal High Court in Lagos on her behalf, according to SaharaReporters. 

The publication added that the police did not oppose the bail application. 

Regarding bail conditions, the police urged the court to use its discretion. 

The judge granted Blessing CEO bail in the absence of opposition.  

She was admitted to N10 million bail each with two sureties in like sum.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours.
