 Lagos Court Jails NOGASA Chair, Fatuyi Phillips 21 Years  for N43.5m Fraud    Justice Mojisola Dada of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos, on Monday, November 18, 2024, convicted and sentenced Fatuyi Yemi Philips, Chairman, Natural Oil and Gas Suppliers Association of Nigeria, NOGASA, to 21 years imprisonment for N43.5m fraud.   The Lagos Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on April 5, 2022, arraigned Philips alongside his firm, Oceanview Oil and Gas Limited, on a two-count charge bordering on obtaining money by false pretence to the tune of N43, 502,000.00   Count one reads: "Fatuyi Yemi Philips and Oceanview Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited, on or about the 28th day of September, 2016 at Lagos, within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, with intent to defraud, obtained the aggregate sum of N43, 502,000.00 from Elochukwu Okoye and Elebana Unique Ventures Nigeria Limited on behalf of WAPCIL Nigeria Limited under the false rep

According to reports on social media, MOROCCAN🇲🇦  International soccer player  Ashraf Hakimi's wife Hiba Abouk filed for  divorce and demanded  half of Hakimi's wealth, properties, fortunes and other items only to realize that the footballer literally owns nothing under his name.

According to trending reports online, PSG Star Achraf Hakimi’s wife Hiba Abouk  wanted more than half of the Moroccan footballer’s property and fortune.
But unfortunately for her, when they arrived in court, they realized that Achraf Hakimi had nothing.😳😳
Achraf Hakimi had put his entire fortune under his mother’s name a long time ago.


According to another report 
Hakimi is 24, his wife is 36, met in 2018 when he was just 20 years old. At that time, he was playing for Real Madrid. Hiba is a very famous actress in Spain and was dubbed “the most beautiful actress in the world”..The beauty was born in 1986, 12 years older than Hakimi.


She is Hiba Abouk. She is 36 years old. She is Libyan-Tunisian but born in Spain.

He is Achraf Hakimi Mouh. He is just 24 years old. He is a footballer with PSG, France. He was making €14.5 million Euros per year.

They were married and had 2 sons. 

They got married in February 2020 and by March 2023, they were divorced (just 3 years of marriage).

She filed for divorce and demanded 80% of his money and properties.

Umunnem, is she not a gold digger?

It looked as if she planned everything right from the start. Note that she is much older than him and knows that the man may grow older and dump her. She waited to consolidate with 2 kids and then struck. 

She may even be the one that sent the other woman to seduce her husband.

In life, trust no one. Anything is possible at anytime.

  SSANU, NASU threaten strike over withheld salaries The Joint Action Committee of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions have threatened to disrupt industrial peace in universities should the government fail to release the withheld salaries of members. The salaries were seized by the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari during their strike in 2022. The unions, in a joint letter signed on Friday by the President of SSANU, Muhammed Ibrahim and General Secretary of NASU, Peters Adeyemi, questioned the rationale with which the government released four months withheld salaries to members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities but failed to release the withheld salaries of non-academic staff.
