 Three de-ad, four coaches affected as Warri-Itakpe train derails The Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) has confirmed the d3ath of three persons following the derailment of the Warri-Itakpe train in Agbor, Delta State. The Corporation added that four coaches left the rail track during the incident which occurred on Monday, June 8, 2026. The Managing Director of NRC, Dr. Kayode Opeifa, said in a statement that the emergency response team and other relevant authorities are currently managing the situation and providing necessary assistance. “The Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) has confirmed a serious train accident involving the Warri–Itakpe Train Service (WITS) corridor at Agbor, Delta State,” the statement read. “Rescue and emergency response operations were immediately activated. Lionel Messi to leave PSG

Paris Saint-Germain forward, Lionel Messi, is set to leave the club at the end of the season.

This claim was made by respected ESPN journalist Martin Alvaro.

According to Alvaro, Messi’s happiness is in Barcelona Football Club and the Argentina World Cup star could make a return to the Spanish La Liga giant this summer.

Messi, 35, is yet to sign a new contract with PSG and the chances of him making a return to Barcelona are increasing by the day.

His contract with the French Ligue 1 champions will expire at the end of the season.

Speaking on Messi’s situation at PSG, Alvaro told Sports Centre EPSN, “Messi is going to leave Paris. They never understood that they had the best.

“Leo’s happiness is in FC Barcelona and even if he has to play for free, he will try to find it.”

Messi joined PSG in the summer of 2021 from Barca after the Catalan club failed to renew his contract due to La Liga regulations.

Barcelona hierarchy has since expressed their desire to bring Messi back to the club once his contract with PSG expires.
