 OGUN STATE GOVERNMENT TAKES SWIFT ACTION ON SAGAMU INTERCHANGE SECURITY CONCERNS In response to rising security concerns at the Sagamu Interchange, Amotekun operatives and officers of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) carried out operations under the bridge this morning to address criminal activities in the area. The government acknowledges the disturbing reports of violent attacks on innocent citizens and assures residents that decisive measures are being taken to restore safety. The security agencies have been mobilized to increase surveillance and crack down on criminal elements operating in the vicinity. Citizens are urged to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to security agencies. The Ogun State Government remains committed to ensuring the safety of all residents and travelers. No recruitment exercise going on, hackers on rampage ā€” ITF Warns

 The Industrial Training Fund (ITF) has warned Nigerians against fake recruitment advertisement making the rounds on social media.

The warning was contained in a statement signed by the Director of the Public Affairs Department, Industrial Training Fund, Mrs. Suleyol Fred Chagu.

According to the statement: ā€œLet the public please be aware that there is no recruitment exercise going on in the Industrial Training Fund.

ā€œThese Individuals are only out to deceive and defraud the unsuspecting publicā€.

The statement also noted that ā€œsome unscrupulous individuals created a fake profile and page of the Fundā€™s Director-General/Chief Executive on LinkedIn and Facebook using the telephone number 07025143825ā€.

It, however, urged the public to ā€œPlease bewareā€.
