 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower. President Muhammadu Buhari sends warm greetings to Bob-Manuel Obidimma Udoku on his 60th birthday, April 18, 2023, rejoicing with the entertainment industry, particularly Nollywood, where the notable actor has held sway for many years, featuring in more than 200 movies.


President Buhari notes the influencing role of Bob-Manuel in the popular culture and structuring of the second-largest movie industry in the world, with a strong global presence and recognition, serving in various capacities as actor, director, and producer.


The President salutes the actor’s courage for delving into politics and public office, contesting elections in his home state, Anambra, and working with three governments as Senior Special Assistant, New Media, and Special Adviser on Entertainment, Leisure, and Tourism.


As Bob-Manuel clocks 60, President Buhari believes his experience in the creative and entertainment industry will always be relevant, especially in mentoring younger people in career choices.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours.
