 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. ACTOR 'RAY STEVENSON ' SUDDENLY PASSED AWAY TODAY AFTER A BRIEF ILLNESS. (PHOTOS).RIP

 Ray Stevenson has suddenly and tragically passed away at the age of 58, with cause of death not yet reported.
Last Saturday he required hospitalisation because he felt unwell while filming the movie Cassino in Ischia,directed by Frank Ciota (Stiff, Ciao America). Ray Stevenson's conditions worsened today Monday,untill his unfortunate passing.

Ray Stevenson was one of the first recognisable character actors that I would always love to see across many projects, from Black Sails,RRR  Dexter, The Nice Guys to Punisher: War Zone, and of course his playing of Gar Saxon and soon to play Baylon Skoll all pale in comparison to his incredible performance as Titus Pullo in Rome.

Rest in Peace Ray, thank you for everything.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
