 Set designer Mary Kate Golding found dead in Queens home as police investigate possible murder-suicide Police are investigating the deaths of television set designer Mary Kate Golding and her husband after the 34-year-old was found fatally stabbed inside her Queens home. According to the New York Police Department, officers responded shortly after midnight on Tuesday, July 21, to a residence in Astoria, where they found Golding with a fatal stab wound to her back. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Several hours later, at about 6:39 a.m., officers responded to a separate 911 call reporting an unconscious person near Astoria Park South and Shore Boulevard. Police found an unresponsive man in the park, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. An NYPD source identified the man as Joseph Azzaretto, Golding's husband. Atiku, PDP to Call 100 Witnesses in Petition against Tinubu’s Election

Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) have revealed their plans to call not more than 100 witnesses to testify in their petition challenging the election of Bola Ahmed Tinubu before the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).

Their lawyer, Chris Uche (SAN) made this known on Saturday in Abuja at the resumption of proceedings before the PEPC this morning.

The legal practitioner said the anticipated 100 witnesses will include those already listed and those to be subpoenaed.

Meanwhile, lawyer to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Abubakar Mahmud SAN said his client plans to call two witnesses.

It is learnt that Bola Tinubu is to call 39 in addition to those to be subpoenaed while his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) plans to call 25 witnesses, in addition to those to be subpoenaed.
