 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country.  Count me out of purported impeachment of Abia Speaker - Hon Stanley Nwabuisi 


The attention of the Honourable member representing Ikwuano State Constituency at the Abia House of Assembly, Hon Stanley Nwabuisi has been drawn to a purported impeachment process of the Speaker of the 7th Assembly. 


This statement is hereby made to notify the entire Ikwuano State Constituency that the Hon member is still away on his legislative vacation in faraway Canada. He could in no way and by any means have been part of the process. He thus uses this medium to distance himself from this act.


The Honourable member further  calls on his distinguished honourable  colleagues to resolve the matter amicably for the interest of peace and wellbeing of the state, while reminding them of the opportunity that this brings towards addressing  all pending issues as we approach the end of the 7th Abia State House of Assembly.
