A video showing one Miss Opemiposi Precious BOLAJI, an 18 year old 100L Mass Communication student beating her colleague identified as Miss Gloria AJAYI, a 100L Mass Communication student, in a private hostel outside the University campus has gone viral. In accordance with our institution's policies and extant regulations, the students who were captured in the viral video, appeared  before the Students' Disciplinary Committee at its emergency meeting held on Monday, May 6, 2024 for interrogations and appropriate recommendations, the report of which has been submitted to the University authorities. FG Has Begun Nationwide Registration Of Jobless Nigerians

The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has embarked on registering all unemployed people in Nigeria to engage them in productive ventures.

The Enugu coordinator of the agency, Ifeoma Ezekwe, disclosed this in an interview on Friday in Enugu.

Ms Ezekwe said the exercise was being held across the 36 states, including the FCT, Abuja.

She said the registration was going on simultaneously across the 774 local government areas, adding that it is for all unemployed Nigerians, with or without educational qualifications.

 Punish my abusers within 48 hours or face lawsuit - Student bullied by her classmates threaten school authorities The bullied student of British Lead International School, Miss. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
