 NAF INTENSIFIES AIRPOWER CAMPAIGN, STRENGTHENS AIR PRESENCE IN SOKOTO TO DENY TERRORISTS FREEDOM OF ACTION The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has intensified its airpower campaign against terrorism, banditry, kidnapping and other criminal activities across the North-West, with a strengthened air presence in Sokoto State to support ongoing joint security operations. The initiative reflects the Service’s determination to sustain pressure on hostile elements, enhance aerial surveillance and maintain the capacity for rapid response to emerging threats, while providing effective air support to ground forces operating within the Joint Operations Area. The strengthened air presence is particularly significant in the fight against asymmetric threats, where terrorists and bandits exploit difficult terrain, mobility and concealment to evade ground forces. GOVERNOR HOPE UZODIMMA ON A GRAND STYLE JOURNEY TO RIVERS STATE FOR A GRAND AWARD


His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma will on Saturday 27th May 2023 grace a State event at Port Harcourt City, as he will be honoured with a Grand Award, in a grand Style.

This was communicated to Governor Hope Uzodimma, in a letter signed by His Excellency Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, in recognition of the former's contributions to the unity and progress of the nation.

By this, Governor Uzodimma will be joining the league of Grand Service Star of Rivers State (GSSRS), which is the State's highest award to distinguish personalities. 

In the letter, Governor Wike acknowledged the valuable support of Governor Hope Uzodimma to the Government and the good people of Rivers State. To this, Governor Uzodimma has expressed appreciation to his brother Governor and the people of Rivers State for this honour, which is highly cherished.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
