 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare . Meet 22 years old Kamsi, Unicals Best Graduating Student

Kamsi Olivia Muoka who hails from Anambra State won several awards in last year's induction of graduands in the Faculty of Medical Laboratory Science into the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria ( MLSCN) is again celebrated as Unical's best graduating student with a CGPA of 4.73.

Muoka brings the tally of best graduating students from the Faculty of Medical Laboratory Science of the University of Calabar to 2 in 6 years.

With her emergence, the College of Medical Sciences now have 4 best graduating students in the last six years.
