 FG MOVES TO CUT EDUCATION COSTS, PROMOTE SUSTAINABILITY WITH REUSABLE TEXTBOOK POLICY The Federal Government of Nigeria has unveiled a comprehensive policy framework aimed at reducing the cost of education for parents, improving learning outcomes, and promoting sustainability in schools through the adoption of reusable, high-quality textbooks and strengthened quality assurance mechanisms. The policy, jointly issued by the Honourable Minister of Education  Dr Maruf Tunji Alausa and the Honourable Minister of State for Education Prof Suiwaba Sai'd, forms part of ongoing reforms to reposition Nigeria’s education sector and ease the financial burden on families. The Ministers explained that the policy prioritises the use of standardised, durable textbooks designed to last between four and six years, while expressly prohibiting the bundling of disposable workbooks with textbooks in schools. Popular actor, Angelina Jolie has said the ‘best s3x’ she ever had was with her co-star Denzel Washington.


Jolie appeared alongside Washington in the 1999 thriller, The Bone Collector. In the film, she plays the role of Amelia Donaghy, a cop who becomes romantically involved with forensics expert Lincoln Rhyme, played by Washington, as they team up to try and capture a serial killer who abducts and brutally murders his victims.

Jolie has appeared in many successful movies as an action star, from the 2008 movie Wanted alongside James McAvoy to Simon West’s 2001 film Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. She also appeared in Disney’s Maleficent franchise and later appeared in MCU’s Eternals, playing Thena.

Angelina Jolie is also known for doing bold scenes in movies. In Michael Cristofer’s 2001 movie, Original Sin, she had a wild intimate scene with Antonio Banderas. However, the Eternals actor admits that the Phillip Noyce 1999 crime thriller, The Bone Collector was a pretty wild ride. And doing the movie was not easy. In the movie, she played a cop that was on the hunt for a serial killer and the journey was dark with twists and turns. She once told Dark Horizons,


“This one was less extreme but nearly drove me insane because she was so insane inside. Sometimes with the extreme ones, you’re a character so you are free; this one was like: Be yourself, let those tears fall, be simple, and be still. You can’t hide. Sometimes it can be harder.”


“It was really lonely and I went a bit nuts. From the beginning, I felt as if I was not capable of doing this, of leading a film and being responsible for this, of physically handling this, of saving a life and going in there and being a cop.”.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
