 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System. NECO Reschedules 2023 National Entrance Examination into Suleja Academy.

The National Examinations Council NECO has rescheduled the twenty twenty three entrance examination that is being conducted for the gifted and talented children into Federal Government Academy Suleja in Niger state.

It has been sifted from Saturday the thirteenth of this month to Saturday the tenth of June this year.

This is contained in a statement issued to Newsmen in Minna by the Head of Information and Public Relations, Azeez Sani.

Mr Azeez Sani explained that the Examination was rescheduled to enable more candidates register for the examination following request by some stakeholders for an extension of the registration period.

He further said the Federal Government Academy Suleja is a training ground for moulding the gifted and talented children of Nigeria targeted at achieving the desired objective.

He stated that it provides enormous opportunities for outstanding gifted students to develop their potentials in the interest of nation building and technological advancement.

According to him, the Students benefit from Federal Government scholarship such as tuition fees, external examination fees, boarding, feeding, uniform and basic textbooks.

Mr Azeez Sani added that registration of the candidates will continue till the new date of the examination, while candidates, parents, guardians and other relevant stakeholders are enjoined to take note of the new date for the examination.
