 There was no evidence that he slept with the girl” – Yomi Fabiyi gives update on Baba Ijesha’s case Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has given an update on embattled Yoruba actor Baba Ijesha’s case. Refreshing your memory, Baba Ijesha was arrested and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment for raping a minor, who is the adopted daughter of comedian Princess. Giving an update on the case in a recent interview, he said Baba Ijesha’s appeal process is still ongoing in court. He claimed that there was no evidence that he slept with the hole; hence, the judge didn’t sentence him to life imprisonment. Yomi stated that Princess called Baba Ijesha to shoot a skit, and the girl also made a similar statement in court. I Could Have Slapped Kwankwaso At Aso Rock – Ganduje


Former Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, has said that he could have slapped his predecessor, Musa Kwankwaso if he had met him at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.


Ganduje said this while addressing State House reporters after a meeting with President Bola Tinubu on Friday.


He accused Kwankwaso of masterminding the demolition in the state, adding that the demolitions in Kano were executed without due process and, therefore, breached the law.


Some structures demolished include Haji camp, Daula Hotel, and shopping complexes around the Eid Prayer Ground in the state. 


Kwankwaso lost the presidential election on the platform of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, although the party’s candidate, Abba Yusuf, won the Kano State Governorship election.


However, both men were in the Villa at the same period to see the president. 


When asked about the President’s response and if they had reconciled inside the Villa, Ganduje said, “I know he is in the building but we have not met. Probably if we met, maybe I could have slapped him.”

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours.
