 President Trump awarded inaugural FIFA Peace Prize at World Cup draw in Washington  Gianni Infantino, the FIFA President presented the honour onstage at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, saying Trump had been selected “in recognition of his exceptional and extraordinary actions to promote peace and unity around the world”. “This is your prize, this is your peace prize,” Infantino said, after Trump took the stage to accept the trophy, a medal and certificate. “There is also a beautiful medal for you that you can wear everywhere you want to go.”   FIFA says the prize is for “individuals who help unite people in peace through unwavering commitment and special actions”.  Accepting the award, Trump called it “one of the great honours of my life”, before claiming to have “saved millions and millions of lives – the Congo is an example, over 10 million people killed and it was heading for another 10 million very quickly. Kebbi Govt To Complete Ultra Model State Secretariat Complex 

Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Nasiru Idris, has directed the state Head of the Civil Service to submit relevant documents for the completion of the abandoned ultra modern state secretariat complex in Birnin Kebbi.

The Governor gave the directive while inspecting the site of the project. 

He said, the project was part of the liability inherited from the previous administrations. 

According to him, completion of the secreteriate complex was part of his campaign promises.

"I'm ready to support the civil servants and give them conducive environment and working tools for effective and efficient service delivery". 

Earlier, the  Director in charge of the project from the State Ministry of works, Usman Shehu, told the governor that, alot of work had been done in some sections of the complex.

The project was awarded in 2012 by the administration of former governor Usman Nasamu Dakingari and Atiku Bagudu's led administration abandoned the project.
