 SENATE ADJOURNS EMERGENCY PLENARY ON STATE POLICE OVER REP’S DEATH. The Senate today suspended consideration of the highly anticipated State Police Bill and all other legislative business at its emergency plenary session to honour the memory of Hon. Yaya Tongo, a member of the House of Representatives, whose death cast a sombre mood over the National Assembly. The upper chamber had reconvened from recess amid expectations that lawmakers would accelerate action on the proposed constitutional amendment seeking to establish state police across the federation, a measure widely seen as a major step in the ongoing effort to reform Nigeria’s security architecture. However, proceedings were cut short after Senate President Godswill Akpabio announced the death of Tongo, who represented the Kwami/Funakaye Federal Constituency of Gombe State in the House of Representatives. Pasuma’s Son Graduates As Best Student From US High School

Jibola, the son of popular Fuji singer, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, has graduated as the best student with a 4.20 GPA from a high school, Harlan Community Academy, in the United States.

He shared pictures from the graduation ceremony on his Instagram account on Friday and wrote, “#1 Valedictorian, mission accomplished 💪🏾.Graduation day ❤️.Glory be to God. Big graduate 👨‍🎓 Unto the Next🙏”

According to him, he got scholarship money of over $400,000 and acceptance into over 20 universities. 

He wrote “Finally!!!! Moving on to the next step of success. I'm thankful to God, My mom, My dad, my sister, and everyone for helping me along the way. I've received over $400k in scholarship money and over five full rides and got into over 20 schools.

“I’m ranked #1 in the school and I’m the Valedictorian with a 4.20 GPA. Committed to UIC HONORS COLLEGE Alhamdulilah ...Unto the next step...Forever going up.”

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
