So Linus Williams (Blord) has been released from Kuje prison after fulfilling his bail conditions, finally, freedom after a few weeks in custody. However, here’s the current position of his case:  He is still expected to show up and stand his trial.  If he fails to appear in court even for one day, his bail can be revoked and a bench warrant may be issued against him, meaning a return to Kuje. If the prosecution cannot prove the charges against him, he will be discharged and acquitted. If the prosecution proves the charges, he may be sentenced and sent back to Kuje. I think he should seek a peaceful resolution to the case. Congrats to him on his freedom for now.

Popular Veteran Yoruba Actors Lalude Beg Money For Car On Social Media

A video has surfaced online featuring Kamo, a popular comedian known as “Nepa Boys,” and Fatai Adekunle Adetayo, also known as Lalude, on a movie set.

Kamo was seen speaking in the Yoruba language, pleading with his fans to kindly assist Lalude in obtaining a car so that he can stop relying on motorcycles for transportation.

You may recall that recently, a total sum of 4.6 million naira was raised for veteran actress Iya Gbonkan to help her complete her house and acquire a car for herself. This initiative was made possible through the efforts of popular prophet Gabriel.

As per an online report, Pastor Gabriel, upon viewing the video, contacted and personally visited the individual in Osogbo. Responding swiftly, he initiated arrangements by gathering funds from compassionate individuals worldwide, aiming to turn her dream into a tangible reality.

Now, Lalude is on the verge of experiencing a situation similar to Iya Gbonkan’s. The Nollywood industry, particularly the Yoruba sector, is witnessing significant changes as our veteran actors and actresses are facing numerous challenges. However, it is their social media presence that is causing problems and negatively impacting many of them.

Fatai Adekunle Adetayo, popularly known as “Lalude,” is a highly respected Yoruba actor in the Nigerian film industry. With a career spanning over four decades, Lalude has become a household name and an icon in the Yoruba cinema. Known for his versatility, he has portrayed a wide range of characters, from comedic roles to serious and dramatic performances. Lalude’s distinct voice, expressive face, and natural talent have endeared him to audiences across generations
