 Dutch referee Rob Dieperink dies weeks after removal from World Cup officiating list Dutch referee Rob Dieperink has died at the age of 38, weeks after FIFA removed him from its list of officials for the World Cup. The Dutch Football Association (KNVB) confirmed his death in a statement, saying it was “shocked and deeply saddened” by the news. His cause of death has not been disclosed. Dieperink was arrested in April by the Metropolitan Police in the United Kingdom following a report of an alleged sexual assault involving a teenage boy in London. A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said officers responded on April 9 to a report of sexual assault at an address in Croydon and arrested a man in his 30s on suspicion of the offence. Police later said that after reviewing available evidence, including CCTV footage and digital devices, the investigation had concluded that “the evidential threshold had not been met” and no further action would be taken. SEE FULANI'S AS PARTNERS IN PROGRESS - Ahmed Rebe Urges Nigerians 


Nigerians have been advised to desist from attributing all negative acts relating to cattle rustling and kidnapping being perpetuated in parts of the country to only the fulani's as there are bad eggs in every tribe.


The Immediate Past Coordinator Nomadic Education in Niger state Alh Umar Ahmed Rebe gave the advice while interacting with Newsmen in Minna on what they expect from the new leadership of Governor Umar Mohammed Bago.


Alh Umar Ahmed Rebe maintained that the Fulani's are not as bad as being portrayed by many because most of them are pece loving and contributing positively to the growth and development of Nigerias Growth Dometic Product GDP.


According to him if we are fighting injustice it should be done holistically without regards or apportioning blames on a particular tribe because we have the good and bad eggs in every tribe in Nigeria.


Alh Umar Ahmed Rebe said they have hitherto gone round the twenty five local government councils of Niger state to educate Fulani's on the need to continue to contribute to nation building remain peaceful and shun acts inimical to their progress as well as to enroll their children in schools and it was a huge success.


He however exppressed confidence that Niger state Governor Alh Umar Mohammed Bago will fulfill all the electioneering campaign made to the Fulani's to further improve their living condition and attract more support from.them.


Also speaking an elderstatesman Alh Abubakar Shiroro said they will support the genuine effort of Alh Umar Mohammed Bago in addressing problem of insecurity in Niger state to enable them bounce back effectively and retain their leading role in the rearing of animals and transform the state.


Alh Abubakar Shiroro maintained that the Fulani's are ready to support both the Federal and Niger state government to succeed in their collective efforts to achieve greater heights.
