 Anambra Assembly Passes Bill to Amend Law on Mission Schools of Nursing and Midwifery By Chizoba Okeke  A Bill for a Law to amend Anambra State Mission Schools of Nursing and Midwifery (Amendment No. 2) Bill 2025 has been passed by Anambra State House of Assembly. The bill aimed to strengthen the legal framework establishing the mission schools of nursing and midwifery across the state, streamline their operations, and align them with modern standards in nursing education and healthcare delivery. The mover of the motion, and member representing Aguata Constituency II, Chief Tony Muobike, explained that the amendment was necessary to address gaps identified in the principal law and to further empower the institutions to deliver quality training in line with national and international best practices. State Board Of Internal. Revenue holds its Audit Exercise

The management and staff of the Anambra State Board of Internal Revenue has organized an all important staff audit.

The purpose of the meeting which took place at the Revenue Office, Awka, was to ascertain the numerical strength of staff members in the organization. 

Addressing the staff, the Executive Director IT and Other Shared Services AiRS, *Dr Greg Ezeilo* said he will facilitate quarterly bonus to the staff of the agency from the "over-head" going forward to boost their morale for higher productivity.

The staff audit later metamorphosed into a "clean up exercise" of the AiRS environment/Premises to ensure a clean and healthy working environment.(MOI)
