 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. Zulum allocates site as FCE Gwoza takes-off soon

Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, has granted approval for the use of a Government Secondary School as temporary site for the take-off of a newly established Federal College of Education (FCE) in Gwoza.

The site is at Vile, a community in Gwoza town, Headquarters of Gwoza Local Government Area. 

The new school is the first of its kind, a Federal Government College of Education, in Borno since the state was established in 1976. Most of the 36 states and the FCT each has federal University, federal polytechnic and federal college of education. Borno had been without federal polytechnic and federal college of education until they were established by the Buhari administration. 

Governor Zulum who had facilitated take off of a Federal Polytechnic sited in Monguno and now did same for the Federal College of Education in Vile, Gwoza. 

The governor during his trip to Gwoza on Saturday gave a directive for the immediate rehabilitation of the GSS Vile to serve as temporary site for the federal college of education to commence operations.

Zulum gave the approval during an assessment visit to the temporary site, located along Gwoza-Mubi highway. 

Zulum’s administration is known for its commitment to complementing the efforts of the Federal Government through ensuring necessary requirements were met for federal institutions to function effectively in Borno.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
