 President Trump awarded inaugural FIFA Peace Prize at World Cup draw in Washington  Gianni Infantino, the FIFA President presented the honour onstage at the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, saying Trump had been selected “in recognition of his exceptional and extraordinary actions to promote peace and unity around the world”. “This is your prize, this is your peace prize,” Infantino said, after Trump took the stage to accept the trophy, a medal and certificate. “There is also a beautiful medal for you that you can wear everywhere you want to go.”   FIFA says the prize is for “individuals who help unite people in peace through unwavering commitment and special actions”.  Accepting the award, Trump called it “one of the great honours of my life”, before claiming to have “saved millions and millions of lives – the Congo is an example, over 10 million people killed and it was heading for another 10 million very quickly. Lekki Port Receives First Transshipment Vessel 

With the development of new deep seaports in the country, Nigeria is positioned to serve as the maritime logistics hub in the sub-region, taking back transit and transshipment cargoes for the neighboring landlocked countries.

On Thursday June 29, at about 1 p.m., @LekkiPort received cargoes from two of the largest container shipping lines in the world, CMA-CGM and Maersk.

The CMA-CGM vessel carried 411 TEUs of transshipment cargo destined for Cotonou and will depart on July 6, 2023.

The vessels were navigated to the port with the 80-ton bollard pull tug boats recently acquired by the @NigerianPorts for seamless port operations at the Lekki Port corridor.

This further reaffirms the Management’s commitment to expanding the frontiers of business and becoming the maritime logistics hub for sustainable port services in the subregion.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
