 Super eagles coach Eric Chelle has signed for a new sports agency to represent him henceforth.  Eric Chelle, head coach of Nigeria’s Super Eagles, has signed with a new sports agency to represent him going forward.  The move is expected to strengthen his professional management and strategic engagements within the global football space.

NAF TRAINER AIRCRAFT CRASHES IN BENUE


A Nigerian Air Force FT-7NI trainer aircraft has crashed at Makurdi, Benue State, while on a routine training exercise.
Two pilots on board survived the crash after successfully ejecting from the aircraft.

Force Edward Gabkwet said no loss of lives or damage to any property around the area of impact. 
Both pilots are currently under observation at NAF Base Hospital, Makurdi.
Meanwhile, the Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal Hasan Abubakar, has constituted a Board of Inquiry to determine the immediate and remote cause of the crash.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
