 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. ONE OF THE 57 CHIBOK SCHOOLGIRLS WHO ESCAPED IMMEDIATELY THEY WERE KIDNAPPED JUST GOT ENGAGED.(PHOTO).

 One of the schoolgirls who escaped after Boko Haram invaded Government Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State, in 2014, Joy Bishara, recently got engaged to her Caucasian lover in the US.


Recall that on April 14, 2014, Boko Haram members invaded the school and abducted a total of 276 female students aged from 16 to 18. 57 of the schoolgirls escaped immediately following the incident by jumping from the trucks on which they were being transported. Ms Bishara was among the 57 that escaped that night. She was relocated to the US where she graduated from the Southeastern University, where she obtained a degree in social work in 2021.


She recently got engaged and the photos from the engagement has been shared online.
