 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. Ag. IGP KAYODE EGBETOKUN REAPPOINTS ACP MUYIWA ADEJOBI AS FPRO


Following the recent promotion of ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, mnipr, mipra, to the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police, the Inspector-General of Police, Ag. IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D., NPM, has reappointed him as the Force Public Relations Officer. This is based on a recent posting communication with reference number TH.5361/FS/FHQ/ABJ/V.4/649 dated 8th August, 2023 from the office of the Force Secretary to that effect.

ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, an alumnus of the prestigious University of Ibadan where he studied Archaeology and Geography (Combined Honours), also holds a Master’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the same University. He was the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in the Ogun State Command from 2008 – 2016; PPRO Zone 2 Headquarters, Onikan, Lagos, in 2016; PPRO Lagos State Police Command between September, 2020 and August, 2021; Deputy Force Public Relations Officer, Force Headquarters, Abuja in 2021; and very recently was the Force Public Relations Officer before his reappointment. 

He is a member of several professional bodies and associations including the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR); International Public Relations Association (IPRA); Pointman Leadership Institute, USA; International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), USA; and the Institute of Corporate Administration, Nigeria amongst others.

The Inspector-General of Police charges the senior officer to consolidate his achievements, particularly in entrenching citizen-focused public relations through the media and other specialized community engagements.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
