 Press Release: Every Hisbah Officer Is a Peace and Security Ambassador in His Community. Kano State Governor Alh.Abba Kabir Yusuf has reaffirmed the determination of his administration to ensure security and peace  for the protection of lives and property across the state. The Governor, represented by the Commissioner for Religious Affairs, Sheikh Ahmad Tijjani Sani Auwal, made the commitment during a stakeholders meeting on the contribution of shari'a sector institutions toward promoting peace and security in Kano State. The meeting was organized by the Kano State Hisbah Board and held at the Coronation hall Government House, Kano. He emphasized that security is a collective responsibility and urged the Hisbah Board to focus more on providing intelligence reports to conventional security agencies, rather than limiting efforts to moral enforcement alone. All Our Effort To Dialogue With Niger Military Junta In Vain - ECOWAS

ECOWAS’ Omar Alieu Touray made the declaration earlier, at the ECOWAS extraordinary meeting in Abuja, today. The body also called on African Union, AU, partner countries and institutions to support the resolution taken by ECOWAS (to restore constitutional order in Niger by force.) 

ECOWAS said all efforts made to dialogue with Niger Republic’s military junta have been “defiantly rejected by the coup leaders,” and that they condemn the continuous detention of the ousted former president of Niger, Mohamed Bazoum and his family members. 

Part of the ECOWAS resolution reads: “Direct the committee of the Chief of Defense Staff to activate the ECOWAS Stan-by force with all its elements immediately. 

“Order the deployment of the ECOWAS stand-by force to restore constitutional order in the Republic of Niger.”

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
