 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. Baze University Abuja organized a touching farewell ceremony for Professor Tahir Mamman, the former Vice-Chancellor, who has now been appointed as the Honourable Minister of Education.


During the gathering, attendees expressed their gratitude for Professor Tahir’s exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment during his tenure as the Vice-Chancellor of the university. His legacy of dedication and vision has left an indelible mark on the institution.


With an abundance of experience and expertise, Professor Tahir Mamman is poised to address the critical challenges within Nigeria’s education sector. The university community holds high hopes that his contributions as Minister of Education will lead to positive and impactful changes.
