 Criminal of the week-  A North Carolina man drove a stolen truck to steal a forklift. He made a bold getaway using the stolen forklift to carry the stolen truck. Deputies in Rowan County, North Carolina responded to an unusual call on Sunday, March 30th. Deputies were called to Karriker Farm Road to the report of a stolen forklift. Witnesses told deputies that a man (later identified as Richard Webb) had arrived to the property in a Ford Ranger. They said Webb exited the vehicle and proceeded to steal the fork lift. Amazingly, while making his getaway in the forklift, Mr. Webb scooped up the Ford Ranger and beat a hasty retreat with both vehicles. The Ford Ranger was later determined to have also been stolen by Webb. Authorities eventually caught up with Webb driving the forklift down Cooper Road approximately 8 miles from where the theft occurred. At the time Webb was pulled over, he had a passenger with him. DONALD TRUMP REVEALED HE WILL BE ARRESTED AT 7.30PM IN ATLANTA AS HE PREPARES TO SURRENDER. (PHOTOS).

Former US president, Donald Trump revealed he will be arrested at 7:30pm in Atlanta as he prepares to surrender.

The Republican politician posted on his social media platform Truth Social that his "arrest time" will be a 7.30pm EST, while also repeating false claims about the 2020 election. 

He also took aim at Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, calling her a "radical left, lowlife". 

She was the person who brought the charges against him and earlier today proposed to start the trial on 23 October.

He is expected to surrender at the Fulton County jail and then pose for a mugshot over charges he tried to overturn the election results in Georgia with the help of 18 co-defendants.

'But please excuse me, I have to start getting ready to head down to Atlanta, Georgia, where Murder and other Violent Crimes have reached levels never seen before, to get ARRESTED by a Radical Left, Lowlife District Attorney, Fani Willis, for A PERFECT PHONE CALL, and having the audacity to challenge a RIGGED & STOLLEN (sic) ELECTION. THE EVIDENCE IS IRREFUTABLE! ARREST TIME: 7:30 P.M.

His post came hours after Willis requested Trump face trial in Georgia on October 23, and as his former chief of staff Mark Meadows surrendered to cops.

Willis asked for the date for Trump and the 18 co-defendants to face a judge after indicted lawyer Kenneth Chesebro asked for a speedy trial.

The 41-count charge against Trump and his 18 co-defendants marks the fourth and latest indictment against the ex-president. 

Trump was charged with RICO - Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations - a count which is frequently used to try mafia figures, cartel leaders and gangland bosses.

He is also charged with solicitation of violation of oath by a public officer; conspiracy to commit forgery in the first-degree; perjury; and a host of other counts.

If convicted on all charges, he faces 71 years in prison - and state charges, unlike federal, cannot be pardoned by a president.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
