 LASCOPA INTRODUCES TOLL-FREE LINE FOR CONSUMERS, URGES RESIDENTS TO REPORT FAKE, EXPIRED PRODUCTS, POOR SERVICES  The Lagos State Government has urged residents to "tell it to LASCOPA" by promptly reporting fake, expired, adulterated and counterfeit products, misleading advertisements, poor services and other consumer-related violations through the Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency's toll-free consumer helpline, 080 0005 2726, or by email at lasgcopa@gmail.com or the Agency's Social media handles - Facebook: lascopa, Instagram: lasgcopa, X (Twitter): lasgcopa  The General Manager/Chief Executive Officer of LASCOPA, Afolabi Solebo, Esq., stated that the toll-free line provides consumers with a direct, accessible channel to report violations, seek guidance and get timely action. “Don’t marry your best friend” – Singer Simi Reveals Why

Nigerian artist, Simi, recently revealed the humorous nickname her husband, Adekunle Gold, uses for her at home, along with a piece of advice cautioning people against marrying their best friends.

In a video clip, the mother of one, who has recently started wearing glasses, captured the moment when her husband affectionately called her 'Ojiugo'.

This playful gesture was Adekunle Gold's way of poking fun at her new style of wearing prescription glasses around the house, according to Yoruba cultural norms.

In response, Simi shared her perspective, advising viewers to reconsider the idea of marrying their closest friends. She pointed out that sometimes, only a friend might treat you with such light-hearted teasing after marriage.

In her own words:

"I understand that many often suggest marrying your friend, but the truth is, sometimes only a friend might playfully tease you like this. So, if you're seeking respect and someone who will always hold you in high regard, consider marrying your admirer."
