 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System. Controversial investigative journalist, Dr Kemi Olunloyo has spilled about the alleged separation of businessman philanthropist, Olakunle Churchill and his actress wife, Rosy Meurer.


There had been reports that Churchill and Rosy Meurer’s marriage had hit the rock over alleged infidelity and domestic abuse.


Speaking on the issue, Kemi Olunloyo claimed she did an extensive interview with Rosy Meurer, where the latter disclosed she had never set her eye on Tonto Dikeh.


According to Kemi, she spoke to the actress at 1:00am in a live video. The video captured Eniola Badmus, and Rosy’s family at the couple’s Ikoyi residence.


She also claimed that she spoke with Rosy’s family and they were shocked about the news circulating about her separation.
