 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. Davido pays tribute to Mohbad during Manchester show

Multi-award-winning artiste David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, paid tribute to the late singer Mohbad during his Timeless concert in Manchester, London, on Wednesday.

Displaying a photo of MohBad on stage, the 'Unavailable' crooner noted some artistes go through hard times as well but never let that stop them from doing their job. 

“As we come on stage to perform for you guys, you might not know what we artistes go through. We are human beings too. 

"It takes a lot for us to come out to perform and deliver but we do that because we love you.

"I want to give a special shout-out to my brother, I know you are in heaven watching down. Tonight we gonna turn out for you," he said.

MohBad passed away on Tuesday, September 12.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
