 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. Flood Overruns Delta Riverine Communities


Five riverine communities in Warri North Local Government Area of Delta State including Torukubuagbene, Awanba, Koropigbene, Itagbene, Asigborodo and adjourning clans, have all been overrun by torrential water.


The councillor representing Ogbinbiri Ward 18 in Asigborodo Community, Kenren Pere, while disclosing this to journalists in Warri on Monday, stated that the incident began over a week ago, noting that the situation worsened on Friday.


"Though rain has been falling before, but we have not had it so bad like this", he stated.


According to him, residents can no longer go about their normal daily activities to feed, "so there is hunger in the affected communities".


Daniel Okpor, Director, Administration and Finance, Delta Emergency Management Agency said that the agency was unaware of the development.


Okpor, however, requested for video clips of the incident to aid their findings and response.
