 Nigerian makes US Most Wanted List over $1m fraud A Nigerian, Onoriode Ezewu, has been named on the United States Department of Labour’s first-ever Most Wanted List over allegations of money laundering involving fraudulent unemployment benefit claims worth more than $1m. The department’s Office of Inspector General unveiled the list on its website on Wednesday, naming 16 fugitives wanted in cases involving alleged fraud, identity theft, money laundering, labour trafficking and other offences. According to the agency, the cases collectively involve more than $55m allegedly stolen from American taxpayers. Gunmen kill three vigilante in Edo 

Three members of the Edo State Security Network were on Thursday night, shot dead by unknown gunmen in Okhun Community, Ovia North-East Local Government Area of the state.

The hoodlums numbering over 10 according to eyewitnesses invaded the community and shot the victims who were on duty.

Some of the eyewitnesses said the attack is connected with leadership tussle in the community, while others suspected it to be cult reprisal attack.

Also, a member of the Emergency Social Safety Net, who introduced himself simply as ‘commander Small Baba, confirmed the incident in a viral video.
