 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. Mohbad: 'If need be his body will be exhumed' - Lagos State Police PRO Ben Hundeyin 

Ben Hundeyin, the Lagos State Police PRO has waded into the death of late singer, Mohbad.

Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, aka Mohbad, died on Tuesday, September 13. He was just 27.

Different reasons have been peddled as the cause of his death but he was swiftly buried on Wednesday.

Speaking during a live video with media personality, Daddy Freeze on Thursday, September 15, Hundeyin said the police are investigating the cause of Mohbad's death and also would exhume his corpse if the need arises.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
