LagFerry Boat Catches Fire on Lagos Waterways, Passengers Injured A LagFerry boat, Igbega Eko, caught fire while en route to Victoria Island, injuring four passengers. The incident occurred at around 6:45 AM at Ipakodo Ferry Terminal, Ikorodu. Passengers scrambled for safety as the boat suddenly exploded and caught fire. The National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA) and Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) responded swiftly. LASWA confirmed that the fire was quickly contained, with four passengers sustaining minor injuries and receiving medical attention. The cause of the fire remains under investigation. LASWA assured the public that safety measures are in place, and ferry operations continue as scheduled. Watch video below.

Pastor unable to walk after fasting for 21days.  


Pastor Victor Great embarked on the 21 days from 1st to 21st September. He claimed that God told him to be doing it every September.

According to another source 

Warri: Pastor waited on the Lord for 21 days and was unable to walk. 

No food , fruits, or water. It was an absolute dry fasting. That God told him to be doing it every September.

The Pastor Victor Great of the Zion Ark of Covenant Church Warri said that God told him to be fasting for 21days every September without food, water or fruits. It is a total dry fasting and prayer.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
