 "I was handed a Qur’an by a Muslim Proselytizer today.  Let me explain: I was at JFK Airport waiting lot because of Tarmac delay of arrival planes. I decided to come out of the vehicle and continue praying Lauds while enjoying the morning sun. I was equally admiring nature and nurture especially the vehicles at the parking lot. I noticed a young man beside a nice Lincoln Escalade pressing his phone. No contact. I kept doing my rounds praying. I added another dimension to the prayer. “Lord, I wish someone will appear from nowhere and ask me which of the vehicles will add value to my apostolate.” I would definitely point at the Escalade. Anyone who runs a hospital in Nigeria knows what a clean Escalade will help you do in one year.  As I approached my vehicle, I noticed the young man following me and calling out to me. Senate confirms Olayemi Cardoso as CBN Governor, others

The Senate on Tuesday confirmed Mr Olayemi Cardoso as Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN.

Other nominees who were confirmed as Deputies to Olayemi are: Emem Usoro, Muhammad Abdullahi-Dattijo Philip Ikeazor and Bala Bello.

Their screening commenced after hours of closed-door meeting which was presided by the Senate President, Godswill Obot Akpabío, having resumed from a two month annual recess.

DAILY POST reports that the exchange rate between the Naira and other currencies especially the United States Dollars dominated the lawmakers’ questions.

The lawmakers lamented economic woes, particularly the free fall of the Naira.

Senators Jimoh Ibrahim, Adams Oshiomhole, Elisha Abbo expressed their discontents and urged the new CBN team to “look outside the box to see a way of strengthening the Naira.”

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
